El base Ending finished with 18 points and four assists, and led an offense that found the basket with notable regularity. Alongside him, Neal Sako reached 15 points, while Armoni Brooks added 13. The numbers describe a good night; the way they were produced shows even more. Valencia did not depend on a single throw or a lucky turn. When Baskonia narrowed the margin, the local team answered with the ball on the rim.

One of the key moments came in the third quarter. Baskonia came out after the break and took a 43-41 lead, the only time the visitors were ahead. Valencia did not panic. Nikola Mirotic and Kameron Taylor responded with three-pointers, and the hosts recovered control to close the period 59-53. There was no exaggerated celebration: just work, spacing and the confidence of a team that knows how to answer.

Sako apagó la reacción visitante

Baskonia kept pressing in the final quarter and got within 67-65 with five minutes remaining. That was the last serious threat. Sako then scored five consecutive points, with an assist from Shorts, and Valencia restored a double-digit advantage. From there, the local side managed the difference until the final whistle. The score was 84-75, and the fourth straight victory in the ACB was secured.

Corbalán, meanwhile, played 14 minutes and finished with two points and one assist. His participation was not insignificant, although his role was not among the most prominent. The Argentine forward still has room to grow in the rotation. The expectation around him is clear: he must keep earning minutes with his work, defense and ability to fit into the team's schemes. The important thing is that he is beginning to find a place, not that he has already become a reference.

LoZX interesting is how it responds when the rival se acerca. Here, Valencia no se rompió.
